概要	In recent years, by the Japanese diet has changed, amid the prevalence of obesity and diabetes is increasing rapidly, there is alpha-glucosidase inhibitor for the purpose of improving them, Bokuribosu and acarbose as a drug in clinical There have been used. Therefore, we as part of the alpha-glucosidase inhibitory active ingredient search, a result of screening for various plant extracts were found to possess a strong inhibitory activity on the pomegranate leaf extract. In this study, experiments were carried out for the purpose of search of alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity components contained in the blood glucose level rise suppressive activity and pomegranate leaves of pomegranate leaf extract after glucose load in mice.
