Summary	Care Manger are aware of the improvement of Quality of Life（QOL）which is the purpose of care management, and support in-home care support for elderly people requiring nursing care living in the community. Spirituality is one of the elements that make up this QOL, and it is necessary to create a care plan that considers this aspect. From the previous research on the spirituality of the elderly, the spirituality of the elderly to be incorporated into the home service plan was the Daily Spiritual Experiences (DSE). In other words, the content of these spiritualities includes relationships and senses of connection with self, others (friends, relatives, family, etc.), nature and transcendental things (gods, Buddhas, ancestors, descendants, etc.), religious customs, etc. It included customs, grounds for existence, search for meaning, values, beliefs, hopes, and views on life and death. In order to create an in-home service plan that incorporates spirituality, there are issues to be addressed, such as fostering awareness of spirituality in care managers, evaluating subjective characteristics and achievement levels, and formulating care plans based on ontological thinking.
