Summary	単球接着時の内皮細胞のメカニクス変化を、ナノ／マイクロメーターオーダーで計測したところ、内皮細胞ー基質間距離ならびに内皮細胞の変形能が増加していることが分かった。これらの変化は、単球の内皮細胞への接着時に、その後に生ずる浸潤を促進するものと思われる。
