Summary | A 29-year-old man with severe atopic dermatitis presented with glaucoma.Besides daily use of topical corticosteroids, he had temporarily taken oral corticosteroids when cutaneous symptoms worsened. It was assumed that the patient was a "steroid responder" and that this trait was closely associated with the development of glaucoma in a setting of therapy with topical corticosteroids to the eyelids. |
