Summary	The purpose of this study is to improve the mental health of certified care workers in Japan. The Japanese Government is taking various measures to improve the terms of employment of Kaigo-Fukushishis.Taking measures to deal with mental health of Kaigo-Fukushishis is as important as their salary raise.Kaigo-Fukushishis seemed to have a tendency to have mental issues in their mid-20s. Therefore, we think that the intervention in their mental health problems should be done about 3years after getting employed. We regard this study as the preliminary study of the large-scale investigation of the life course and mental health of Kaigo- Fukushishis. From now on, we would like to take up their sense of satisfaction as well.
