Summary	滑膜線維芽細胞の亜型分類に基づく網羅的発現遺伝子解析を行い、B細胞免疫グロブリンのクラススイッチと可変領域への突然変異導入に必須のAID遺伝子が関節リウマチの滑膜線維芽細胞に異所性発現し癌抑制遺伝子TP53への高頻度な突然変異導入に関連することを明らかにした。関節リウマチの滑膜線維芽細胞が組織破壊を伴う増殖といった腫瘍様の性格を獲得する一つの機構を提唱するものである。
