Summary	This study aimed to clarify university students' oral health status and effective approaches, including lifestyles, to maintain dental/oral health. The students' dental/oral health status was generally favorable, but their dental health examination participation rate was low, suggesting the need to promote their participation as a challenge. It may be necessary to improve the quality of health education, focusing on their tooth brushing skills, while making environmental arrangements at universities.
