Summary Kurashiki Sakuyo University has used 9 outcome items following their diploma policy on class evaluation by students since 2015, and on each class syllabus by teachers since 2019. This paper is intended as an investigation of present states of their university curricula and learning outcomes. Especially, 3 research questions were added: (1) Are outcome items on each syllabus well-balanced in their university curricula?, (2) Is self-assessment on class evaluation well-balanced in students’ learning outcomes?, and (3) How much are outcome items on each syllabus and self-assessment on class evaluation matched? The results indicated that teachers tended to expect students’ outcomes such as positiveness, communication skills, cooperativeness and problem-solving skills at all university, while they didn’t expect much formation and growth as human being. On the other hand, students evaluated themselves as growth of academics and liberal arts. However, matching degree between outcome items selected by teachers and evaluated by students was very low. It is concluded that outcome differences between teachers and students are clearly big and it’s necessary to re-assess and re-adjust their curricula.
