Summary The importance of Enrollment Management that makes student support system continuous is increasing in academic institutions, because academic records should be more visible not in a grade-based and formal system but in an individual developmental system. Many (especially private) universities and colleges hold some events like open campus etc. for high school students, and use 4 types of admission exams; 1) AO (Admission Office) Exam, 2) Recommendation Entry Exam, 3) General Exam, 4) Exam with Scores of National Center Test for University Admissions. The purpose of this study is to clarify relations of high school student’s actions such as joining an open campus, types of admission exam, and academic records after they enter an institute, and to suggest student support system necessary in academic institutions nowadays. As a result, the rate at which a high school student who have joined events over 3 times enter the institution was higher, and the influences are limited even if the scores of AO students are lower than other types of exam. Meanwhile, university students tend to decrease their academic records from freshman’s 1st semester to junior’s 2nd semester. From these results, we realize that all academic students without regard to any type of exam must be given a support for career formation continuously
