概要	This study reports on the challenges and responses specific to parasport, using the example of the trainer activities of the Japanese men’s national sitting volleyball team that accompanied them to an international tournament. Injury was skin damage to the stump caused and lower back pain by long-term travel, pain of the upper limbs and trunk by the characteristics of the sport. Sharing information among staff members in advance enabled appropriate selection of items to carry and instruction on self-care, preventing injuries and worsening of symptoms. In order to respond to risks based on the characteristics of the athlete’s disability and the sport in a limited environment, advance information sharing is important in trainer activities.
