Summary | The purpose of this study is to develop a remote rehabilitation (tele-rehabilitation) system to promote the social participation of total knee arthroplasty patients. To improve the quality and promote the spread of current tele-rehabilitation, it is necessary to develop applications that provide selectivity of exercise menus that correspond to the goals of each individual, continuity to ensure exercise adherence, ease of use, and economic efficiency to control the costs required for the introduction and continuity of tele-rehabilitation. Therefore, a web application for tele-rehabilitation was developed using the Google Cloud Platform and actually put into operation. The results suggest that this application satisfies the above conditions. |
